Mobile Crisis Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They respond both by telephone and in person to mental health emergencies. This service is funded by the state of North Carolina and provided free of charge to the caller. There is no “threshold of severity” to warrant a call- so if you feel like you need support, give them a call and they will help you know what to do next.
*If you are experiencing a Mental Health Emergency you may also dial 911 or visit any Emergency Department for immediate support at any time.
**Due to the nature and limitations of Outpatient Therapy Services, you should always use one of the Emergency Behavioral Health Services listed if you are experiencing an emergency!!
If you have questions that are not answered by our website or you would like to know more about what you found, you can use our contact form, or give us a call for more info. I’m always happy to provide any information you may need to help make a decision about whether or not I’m the right therapist for you or your family member.
