ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT:

We accept Cash, Check, Credit, Debit, Paypal and Health FSA. This can be paid online or in person at the beginning of your appointment. We do require you have a credit card or ACH draft account on file through our PCI compliant system. You may chose to use this card, or a different form of payment at the time of your appointment.
Boxwood Counseling and Consultation will be considered an “Out of Network Provider.”

We do not currently file any third party insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with a “Super Bill” Invoice that you may present to your insurer for reimbursement at their rate for an out of network provider. Understand that your insurance provider stipulates what services they are willing to reimburse and to what amount. You are responsible for contacting your insurer to confirm the details of your policy and what is covered. We would highly recommend doing this prior to engaging in counseling if you plan to go this route so you are fully aware of the financial aspects of your commitment to therapy.

Let’s Cut Through the Fog

Sometimes people come into my office and say things like “I just wasn’t sure I am bad enough shape to need this.” This is such a sad moment for me because I know that any person who believes their life could be even a little bit better than it is should have the opportunity to build that dream. Some people are in darkness and the need is clear, while others can see the light, but are struggling to make their way through the fog. In my world, I say lets lift the fog before the darkness falls.
